Refunds, returns and repair policy

At QQ2YOU we want you to be excited about your new purchase with us. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from QQ2YOU Online Store: 

- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if you are not completely satisfied with the product if the product differs from what was advertised. You can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the Product and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of Your Product (excluding initial delivery charges).

- Only items that have been purchased directly from QQ2YOU, either through the QQ2YOU Online Store or through QQ2YOU on eBay, can be returned to QQ2YOU.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. The packaging and item must be free from damage and in new condition.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Opened software* included with your purchase or purchased separately
  • Damaged or opened product seals/stickers*
  • Electronic Software Downloads
  • QQ2YOU Store eGift/eVouchers

*QQ2YOU reserves the right to assess the returned product and offer either a full cash refund or store credit at our discretion.

Please choose your product/s carefully, as we do not usually provide refunds for products where you have simply changed your mind.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

Rights to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation do not apply to items:

  • worth more than $40 000 purely for business use, such as machinery or farming equipment
  • you plan to on-sell or change so that you can re-supply as a business
  • bought as a one-off from a private seller, for example at a garage sale or fete (but you do have rights to full title, undisturbed possession and no unknown debts or extra charges)
  • bought at auction where the auctioneer acted as an agent for the owner (but you do have rights to full title, undisturbed possession and no unknown debts or extra charges).

RMA Process:

If a product purchased from QQ2YOU develops a fault within 14 days after receipt of the goods:

Access the "Orders History" section of his or her account.

Select the order from which he wants to return an item.

Select the product(s) that s/he wishes to return by checking the box next to its name(s).

Add an explanation, in order for the customer service team to better understand why you want to return this product.
