Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via AusPost, FedEx or DHL in most cases with a tracking number provided and drop-off authorisation by signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes/Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected to minimise damage.

Delivery Methods
Nationally across Australia via our courier service network. Internationally via air-express courier in most cases FedEx/DHL/TOLL.

PO Box Delivery
Currently we DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. We require the recipient to sign for parcels or packages upon delivery by our courier services and notified when possible in advance. If you happen to be unavailable during the drop off window, a card should be left for you informing you that a delivery attempt was made and what you need to do to retrieve the parcel. All this information can be checked on the respective carrier's website via the tracking information.

Order Tracking
No matter where the product is sourced, we make all attempts to keep you regularly informed of when you can expect delivery.
For all instances (except Regular/standard Post - with no tracking) you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website will be provided. This is emailed to you through our fulfilment system, normally on the evening of the day of shipment for metro areas and the following morning for regional or orders received late in the day.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct as of the time of posting information online. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder arrangment or a full refund.

Item Stock Status
While the majority of our stock is in the warehouse ready to ship immediately, some items are not yet released or in secondary warehouses and may take a little longer. If an item is on backorder or delayed due to supply shortages we will endeavour to advise you of these delays within 1-2 business days after payment processing. Some of our products are sourced from our partners and vendors internationally and supplied to you by our courier services.

For some products that require special transport clearance the delivery times vary between type of items purchased and delivery location of the customer (metro or rural - out of service area or remote areas) - we endeavour to set an expected delivery timeframe on the product details pages before checking out. Please ensure you take note of this information.

These items are left on the site for informational purposes but are no longer available for sale as they are no longer in production or obtainable from our suppliers.

International Products
We source our products from local and international suppliers and for the items that are internationally sourced we supply an AU power adapter free of charge. For all other countries/regions the items ship as is.

Please note that some of our items are international models and may differ slightly from local models. We have no affiliation with the manufacturers of these products.
